Built in 1927 (and with a full survey 2004) this 15.85 x 3.0 x 0.9 metre riveted steel Luxemotor would make an ideal home for someone who wanted to cruise the canals as well. Powered by a Volvo 6 cylinder diesel (serviced 2008). She has hydraulic steering (with emergency manual steering possible) and a detachable wheelhouse which has navigation equipment, map/chart table. Wheelhouse leads to engine room (under) and rear cabin and front accommodation via steps to front and rear. Full galley with built in gas oven, 4 burner gas hob, three way fridge, stainless steel sink and drainer, washing machine and separate dryer, and lots of storage space. Bathroom has full size bath with shower over, toilet and combi boiler. The aft cabin has double berth with cupboards under and its own shower and toilet. All heating supplied via radiators and antique solid fuel stoves. Holds 1000 litres fresh water, 800 litres of black water.
